Well I HIGHLY doubt THAT! But hey, see what YOU think and don't be afraid to make an offer! I found it at a Walgreens a couple of years ago when it seemed like they were getting these cases almost weekly. One day I found ONLY this one, NOTHING else, just hanging on a lonely peg as if nothing else came in. STILL not quite sure what to do with it, but I'll take a shot, and if not, it goes back in my own stash and I'll look at it again in like 20+/-years lol.
The card actually appears to be mostly in DECENT shape, (I think). But I suppose it SHOULD be seeing as it's reinforced and didn't hang around too long. But PLEASE look at the pictures and feel free to ask any questions. Will be packed well protected in a BOX, never an envelope!
