This set was limited to 5000 sets made. The'63 Split Window corvette has flaw in chrome plating as pictured. Bigger picture does not show the flaw but please refer to 2nd picture for more close up. This kind of thing is common with the chrome plating process. Car is near mint condition straight from a factory sealed set that i just opened. All these cars are chrome plated and Mattel did not have this process perfected yet back in those days. Most of these upon very close inspection can find some kind of factory flaw in the paint process.
